The Development Process at Saz
Discovery (1)
is the first step of the journey and it begins with a conversation. We
learn who you are, your goals, and what problems we are working to solve.
This "requirements gathering" is where the software is loosely defined as
a set of objectives. We identify feature level requirements, such as
authentication, integrations, and technical or performance requirements.
Design (2)
is an iterative process that builds on our list of gathered requirements.
With your feedback, we'll create wireframes that capture the application's
flow. We'll also apply styling and branding to establish the software's
look and feel.. These design documents will serve as the blueprint for the
development phase.
Development (3)
is where we finally start to write some code! First, we'll define
milestones based on the design docs and requirements gathering we've done
so far. Then, we'll begin building! Our goal here is to get you in the
driver's seat as soon as possible. The dialogue between you as the user
and us as the developer is crucial to the success of the project.
Deploy (4)
means we've reached the finish line! We now have a completed product,
verified through feedback and testing during the development cycle. We'll
deploy to a production environment, whether that's an app store or a cloud
service. Once the product is live, Saz will provide ongoing support with
hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and updates.
